By commissioning me, this means you have READ and AGREED to the following terms listed below and in the confirmation message.
These terms can change at any time, so it's important to check before commissioning.

<sub>- My commission work is for personal use only (profile pictures, banners, etc.) and is not to be used for merchandising without explicit permission beforehand.
- I do not permit my art to be used in any AI engine or promotion.
- I hold the right to decline any commission given to me at any point in the process for any reason, including if I see my skill level doesn't match your request.
- Visual references are a requirement, flat-colored images being much preferred. Any non-visual commission requests will be automatically rejected.
- Progress updates will be given at the end of each stage to make sure the work fits the standards of the client.
- Posting commissioned work I made for you is perfectly fine as long as credit is provided.</sub>Payment<sub>- Payment can only be done via Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp and must be upfront.
- Refunds can be provided depending on the current stage in the process.
- If a commission can't be completed (especially for any with a deadline), a refund will be issued depending on the stage the commission is on.
- Any aggression, inappropriate behavior, or unnecessary rushing will be initially warned. If the behavior is continued, your commission will be cancelled and a refund will be issued depending on the progress made.</sub>Refunds_{Refund amount will vary depending on progress:

Sketch Done: 75% Refund (50% if lineart only)
Lineart Done: 50% Refund (25% if flat colored, 0% if lineart only)
